DawahBible

A library for conversations about the Bible

DawahBible is a searchable, permanent reference of Bible contradictions, parallels with Islam and the scholarship behind them. It is built for Muslims who talk about faith with Christians, and it includes an AI partner for practising those conversations.

A project of One True Message Foundation, registered charity 1206615.

What it is

Many of the people our team meets on the street are Christian, and conversations often turn to the Bible. DawahBible gathers the passages and arguments that come up again and again, with the analysis and scholarship behind them, so that anyone can look them up quickly and cite them accurately.

Every entry has its own permanent link, so it can be shared in a message or a comment. The site can be installed on a phone like an app, and once the library has synced it works without a connection.

Who it is for

DawahBible is written for daees, the Muslims who invite others to learn about Islam, and for students and researchers of comparative religion. It is also useful for anyone who has watched one of our street dawah videos and wants to check the references for themselves.

What you will find there

  • The library. Entries arranged by topic, including contradictions, similarities to Islam, fabrications and absurd beliefs. You can search by verse or by topic.
  • The SUV Bible. 202 scanned pages of Sheikh Uthman's annotated Gideons Bible, colour-tabbed and marked by hand over years of street dawah.
  • Practice. An AI sparring partner that lets you rehearse a conversation before you have it with a real person.
  • Saved entries. Keep the entries you use most in one place.

How the practice feature works

  1. Choose a topic. You can load an entry from the library, so that its passages and analysis guide the conversation, or pick a subject such as the Trinity or whether Jesus is God.
  2. Choose who you are talking to. There are five Christian personas, from an everyday Christian and a curious seeker to a street preacher and a trained pastor.
  3. Make your case. After each reply, a coach scores you out of 100 on your rhetoric, your citations and your adab, the good manners Islam asks of anyone in a discussion, with notes on how to improve.

There is no sign-in. Past practice sessions are saved only on your own device. Suggested replies and spoken playback are available while you practise.

Free to use

DawahBible is free. The site says it is run by One True Message Foundation and that it will stay free.
